Crystal Diary: un

Lindsay Bilezikian

Crystals, they have been huge grounding and energy healers for me during this wild time in NYC. My life has been flipped upside down, moving at 100 miles per hour since June of 2017. And something I have found to be such true guides and aids are different crystals. There is a lot I want to discuss with crystals but let me begin by sharing some of my allies.

Malachite: The Transformation Stone! It assists in clearing and activating all chakras. It is quite helpful in stimulating the heart and the throat chakras. It is an excellent stone for clarifying the emotions and for allowing the recognition and release of negative experiences which someone might not be able to recall. It can be used to facilitate insight covering the cause of any “condition” for example, providing insight to the basic disorders within the mind, body and spirit. Malachite is an equalizing balancing agent. It can create an unobstructed path. It also presents and indication of the procedural steps to attain a chosen end result. It has been used as a protective stone by those involved in the field of aviation and is said to dispel symptoms of the inner bases of vertigo. (Recommended for: those who are in changing situations, those who fear flying, those who have undiscovered trauma, those who cannot see what is harming them)
